Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all brand tags, manuals, and accessories included to ensure a successful quality check.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
